Uneven experience, acceptable, yet flawed

convenient locationdirty carpetflaking chair
The location was convenient as it was near the train station.
The room carpet was dirty and this greatly impacted my stay. The chair showed visible wear and tear, with the PVC and Leather flaking off. This gave the room a grubby appearance and did not meet my expectations.
